West Marshall is excited to release a NEW District-Wide Event Calendar. rSchoolToday was originally created for sporting events and now has become an all around event management calendar for parents, students and community people.
What can I access?
Any and ALL events including; activities, clubs, academic/co-curricular programs and important events hosted by all schools. You will be able to view open gym times and rented facilities to know the availability of our buildings.
As you browse our new calendar system, you are able to select individual programs that only your child participates in. By selecting the View-Schedule Eye-icon on the bottom right of the screen, you will be able to select any specific schedule you wish. This system allows parents or families to get notifications automatically once you register to the RSS feed of any event or calendar change.
We also have the ability to record each student’s’ physical and send notification to parents when a new physical is required prior.
Our goal is to take the guess-work out and give families a reliable system with realtime updates. Please take some time to review all options and select the program(s) you choose to stay updated.
If you have any questions pertaining to our NEW District-Wide Event Calendar, please contact the Superintendent’s Office.
